Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all front office functions are running smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front desk team to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations and increase revenue
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front office statistics
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide training and coaching to front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving front office operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
