Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all guest-related correspondence, including payment authorizations and reservation confirmations.
  • Review and process daily reports, including arrival and departure reports, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain guest profiles and ensure that all guest requests are administered pre- and post-arrival.
  • Administer paymaster accounts and trace pending balances.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as specified by the Front Office Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Corporate Travel.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Previous experience using Opera PMS and Reserve.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
