Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all guest-related correspondence and requests
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of guest payments and reservations
  • Participate in daily hand-over tasks with the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Review and maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation information
  • Administer paymaster accounts and traces pending balances

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Front Office, Reservations or Corporate Travel
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Previous experience using Opera PMS and Reserve
  • Full working rights in Australia
