Front Office Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all guest-related correspondence and requests
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of guest payments and reservations
- Participate in daily hand-over tasks with the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager
- Review and maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation information
- Administer paymaster accounts and traces pending balances
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in Front Office, Reservations or Corporate Travel
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Previous experience using Opera PMS and Reserve
- Full working rights in Australia
