Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Bookings Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of patient service is provided, meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels, and monitoring and reacting to patient feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of oncology booking and treatment procedures.

The role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will also have sound knowledge of electronic medical record systems and practice management software.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with patients and staff at all levels
  • A strong understanding of oncology booking and treatment procedures
