Project Officer - Patient Experience Consumer Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of activities and projects that contribute to the provision of equitable healthcare. The successful candidate will work closely with the Innovation & Improvement Coordinator and broader Patient Experience Consumer Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of projects that align with the Patients Come First Strategy.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement via digital and online platforms.
  • Liaise with diverse stakeholders, including volunteers, consumers, staff, community members, and external agencies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of ethical behaviour and business practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Organisational skills with a commitment to customer focus, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
