Patient Experience Coordinator

The Administration Officer plays a vital part in ensuring patients have a positive experience during their care.
Shift times range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am.

We specialise in Cardiology, Orthopaedics, General Surgery and Cancer, providing onsite medical and surgical services while delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Greet all customers with a friendly and professional manner
- Handle enquiries with a polite and courteous tone
- Answer and redirect calls efficiently
- Prepare admission paperwork accurately
- Perform Health Fund Checks as required
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Manage the collection of Emergency Department deposits, Health fund Excess/co-payments and out-of-pocket fees
- Coordinate with staff from other departments seamlessly
- Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical records
- Have experience in an acute patient-focused Healthcare facility/Hospital
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Show highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Show the ability to work well independently and within a team
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is essential
- Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including 7-day rotating rosters
- WebPas Hospital system experience is desirable
