Job Title:
Patient Services Officer

We're seeking a highly organised and efficient Patient Services Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-level patient service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service duties via face-to-face interactions and telephone calls;
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient services;
  • Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner while providing prompt service as per expectations;
  • Work closely with colleagues and administrative staff to efficiently manage the patient journey throughout the Practice;
  • Book and confirm patients for various procedures, treatments, and consultations;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of booking and treatment procedures;
  • Deliver compassionate and efficient service to all patients while fostering positive working relationships with staff members;
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external support staff;
  • Enter data accurately and on-time into medical record systems;
  • Manage appointment diaries and proactively ensure sessions are fully booked;
  • Oversee incoming call management, respond to messages promptly, and answer calls within three rings;
  • Participate in identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives;
