About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Latitude Financial Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our brokers in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Broker Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to broker inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Product Updates: Communicate product updates, policy changes, and promotional offers to brokers, maintaining regular contact to ensure they are well-informed.
  • Quarterly Contact Plan: Work with the State Leader to create and execute a quarterly contact plan to drive broker utilization and growth.
  • Scenario Workshops: Collaborate with brokers to workshop scenarios and assist with submitting and troubleshooting loan applications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent outcomes for brokers and customers, including managing deal scenarios, escalations, issue resolution, and training sessions.
  • Broker Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze broker performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance their overall business performance and loan portfolio growth.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Asset and Personal Lending Products: Possess a strong understanding of asset and personal lending products and processes.
  • Lending Principles: Be able to articulate basic lending principles and understand relative laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to lending across both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in customer service and/or dealing with brokers, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Phone-Based Environment: Have experience working in a phone-based environment, building customers and B2B relationships.
  • Account Management: Possess prior experience in an Account Management or Relationship Management role, with a strong ability to self-manage time, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Communication Skills: Be an exceptional communicator with attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
