Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at McMillan Shakespeare Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients and driving sales opportunities within those clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including corporate, not-for-profit, government, and health organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Onsite Initiatives: Run onsite activations to enhance employee participation in salary packaging benefits and promote the Maxxia brand.
- Client Engagement: Execute engagement plans with clients across all employer sites to facilitate product education via multiple channels.
- Support and Query Resolution: Provide support to key client stakeholders and be available to answer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Self-Starter: Be a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
- Planning and Forecasting: Have the ability to plan, schedule, and forecast to ensure effective management of client relationships and sales opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Be able to apply initiative and think laterally when problem-solving to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track Record: Demonstrate a track record of achieving targets and meeting activity KPIs.
- Full Driver's License: Possess a full driver's license to facilitate onsite visits and client meetings.
