Job Title: Strategic Transformation Leader

We're seeking an experienced project leader to drive meaningful change and lead high-impact initiatives that align with our organisational goals.

Requirements
  • 8 years' experience leading and managing large-scale business transformation projects and associated change
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify risks and issues
  • Proven capabilities in business analysis and effective change management
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting complex information simply and clearly
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
