The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and direct visitors, manage the reception inbox, and respond to emails
  • Diary management, meeting room bookings, and conference call arrangements
  • Manage mail, sort and distribute, prepare outgoing mail, and coordinate courier bookings
  • Proactively maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Communicate with management and WH&S representatives on health and safety matters
  • Coordinate IT equipment requirements and track courier bookings
  • Assist with on-boarding and termination processes for office staff
  • Participate in health and safety programs and remotely manage the Queensland office

About You:

We are looking for an organized and experienced administrative professional with a strong background in administration or coordination. Knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly aged care or disability, is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High autonomy and initiative to take ownership of actions and responsibilities
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
