As an Eligibility Team Manager at Gallagher Bassett, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of liability experts in Workers Compensation. Your primary objective will be to provide top-tier eligibility services to injured workers and employers, ensuring effective claims determination discussions and efficient output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to facilitate effective claims determination discussions and drive business growth.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee your team's daily workflow to ensure efficient output, high client service standards, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide engaging leadership, coaching, and feedback on technical, business, and performance-related issues to upskill and mentor your team members.
  • Skill Development: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify skill gaps and assist in upskilling your team to meet business requirements.
  • Team Morale: Foster a team-oriented culture focused on achievement and service excellence, promoting creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvement through mentoring and coaching.
  • Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in Eligibility services and implement strategies to meet business and WorkSafe requirements, driving quality and efficiency.
About You
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a People Manager role with outstanding leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and the Eligibility process.
  • Client Management: Experience in client management and engagement, with excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong conflict resolution abilities and exceptional time management skills.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or a related field.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
