Personal Support Professional

As a Personal Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by providing personalized care and support services. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and goals, and developing customized support plans that cater to these requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal and domestic care to clients with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans that promote client autonomy and independence
  • Collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, grooming, and medication management
  • Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and objectives through empowerment and education

Requirements:

  • No formal qualification required; however, Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly regarded
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check and Working With Children Check
  • Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone and valid driver's license
  • Ability to speak Cantonese (required)
