Empowering Lives Through Support

We provide safe and supportive homes in Vertical Villages and tailored accommodation, empowering participants to live independently and choose their lifestyle.
As a Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who require personal care, community access, and daily routines. You may also work in our participants' homes or in one of our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to clients with high-intensity or complex behaviours
- Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
- Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families to provide person-centred care
Requirements:
- Minimum 6–12 months' experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health, or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree/Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
