Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide support for clients with diverse needs and abilities.
- Community Engagement:
- Accompany and support clients in community outings and social activities.
- Encourage and facilitate participation in community events and programs.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.
- Safety and Well-being:
- Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times.
Requirements:
- Certificate I - IV (required)
