We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team as a Crew Coordinator in a unique coffee van setting.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for disability support with your hospitality skills, making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
About the Role:- Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and developing daily living skills.
- Supervise and train staff in disability support practices, including NDIS requirements.
- Collaborate with the Senior Social Educator to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Unrestricted driver's license.
- Current first aid certificate.
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC).
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a barista.
- Professional development opportunities, including training in NDIS/Disability requirements.
