As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals by providing personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, social support, and transportation.

About Our Work Opportunities

You will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to provide services that enhance our clients' independence while meeting their daily living and personal needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out tasks according to guidelines, the care plan, and as directed by your supervisor;
  • Supporting and assisting in maintaining a clean, comfortable, safe, and secure environment;
  • Providing services to achieve maximum independence by meeting daily living and personal needs within the care plan;
  • Reporting notable observations in client health and wellbeing to your supervisor;
  • Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of client information according to guidelines;
  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate relationships with clients and other key stakeholders;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
  • A registered and insured vehicle and valid driver's license;
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate;
  • A police check;
  • Annual flu vaccination and Covid-19 immunisation;
  • Previous experience working in community or aged care is desirable;
  • Availability to travel within the designated region.
