About this Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support to elderly or individuals with disabilities in their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, and mobility
  • Offering companionship and transportation services for medical appointments or outings
  • Building genuine relationships with clients and collaborating with care coordinators and relevant parties to achieve client goals
  • Engaging and interacting with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or equivalent qualification
  • NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
  • Working rights in Australia
