Provide quality care and support to individuals with complex needs as a Disability Support Worker in the Thornton/Maitland area.
- Supporting participants with challenging behaviours, physical needs, or general support requires a unique set of skills.
We are seeking reliable applicants who can provide home and domestic care, assist with personal care, manage behaviour, administer medication, and support participants to access the community and social programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current drivers' licence and comprehensively insured vehicle to transport people when required.
- A Working with Children Check and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- A current First Aid certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and a smartphone to access the internet for rosters and progress notes.
