We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the property and maintenance services across the College.

Responsibilities">
  1. Oversee the property and maintenance services across the College.
  2. Manage a small Property Team to ensure the College is well maintained, presented to a high standard, and compliant with all relevant requirements.
Key Requirements">
  • Experience in building management, site supervision, or foreman roles, particularly within large-scale building projects or facilities.
  • Qualifications and/or training in building, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.
