Job Overview

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the facilities management services and team in Sydney. The successful candidate will drive service excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective delivery of operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary support for executive director, driving strategic change across dynamic facilities management portfolio.
  • Lead and manage business support staff, ensuring full compliance with operational, risk, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and report performance against agreed targets and scorecard metrics.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a facilities lead in corporate or professional services firm.
  • Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management company.
  • Procurement experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage mid-sized teams and lead change management initiatives.
