Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of installations, maintenance management, regular building inspections, cost optimization, and supervising facilities staff and external contractors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for allocating office space according to organisational needs and handling insurance plans and service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordination of installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments within our facilities
  • Maintenance management, ensuring equipment and supplies meet health and safety standards
  • Regular building inspections to identify the need for repairs or renovations
  • Cost optimisation by reviewing utilities consumption and minimising costs
  • Supervising facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors
  • Allocating office space according to organisational needs
  • Handling insurance plans and service contracts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in Facilities Management or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills
