National Facilities Management (NFM) is a well-established, ethical and reputable family owned business who have incredible market presence and a strong network of premium clientele. They are part of the Havencab Property Group who have been providing integrated facility service solutions to the Australian market for over 40 years 

Due to on-going rapid growth we are currently recruiting for a Senior Facility Manager to manage a brand new Built to rent (BTR) site with state of the art amenities.

What we are looking for:

  • Building/Facilities Management experience: 5+ years with BTR experience an advantage
  • A genuine passion for Building & Facilities Management industry
  • In-depth technical knowledge
  • A strong customer service mind-set and the ability to easily build rapport with Residents and Stakeholders
  • Ability to read & interpret budget & financials
  • Comprehensive understanding of BTR and maintenance management
  • Understanding of compliance, WHS obligations relating to contractors and residential /commercial buildings.
  • Be ambitious, a forward-thinker with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
