What this role involves:

As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will support a team delivering exceptional facilities management across multiple client offices.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders to implement strategies and projects that drive operational success.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Oversee vendor contracts to ensure professional delivery and value for money
  • Program manage facilities upgrade programs and support the setup of new client buildings
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in facilities management within a multinational environment
  • Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements and best practices
  • Knowledge of critical facilities environment management and vendor management for specialised services
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (HVAC, fire protection, electrical, BMS)
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in facilities management or a related field
