About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Facilities Officer to manage our office facilities in the Sydney CBD and related sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, stakeholder engagement, and event organisation.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe and well-resourced work environment.
- Liaise with staff, building management, and external service providers to maintain optimal facility performance.
- Coordinate catering requests and onsite events.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve high-quality outputs.
- Practical experience in facilities management, preferably in a medium to large office environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to develop relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Proven track record of organising, prioritising, and delivering tasks to a high standard.
