Effective Facilities Management

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and upkeeping all school buildings to a high standard. This includes asset management, site cleaning contract oversight, and responsibility for site security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic asset management and equipment deployment.
  • Oversight of site's cleaning contract to ensure high standards.
  • Responsibility for site security, maintenance, and overall facilities upkeep.

This role requires the incumbent to exercise initiative in determining workplace priorities.
