A leading Service Provider is looking for an Experienced Corporate Facilities Manager

The role is looking to get someone started immediately. Role is Mon- Fri Standard Hours. Duties include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of corporate offices, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
  • Oversee Soft Services
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Monitor performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Space Planning & Workplace Strategy
  • Optimise office layouts and space utilisation to support business needs
  • Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements

What you'll get in return:

  • $55- $60 p/h + super
  • Potential for Temp to Perm
