EML Recovery and RTW Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Recovery and RTW Team as a Case Manager. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a positive impact on someone's life every day, working as part of a diverse team based in Melbourne.
In this role, you will be responsible for pro-actively managing a portfolio of 0 – 55 week claims, providing exceptional customer services to all stakeholders, and supporting injured workers to recover and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.
- Implement active and timely strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.
- Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers, and providers.
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and engage appropriate support services.
- Collaborate with the broader EML Team and WorkSafe to support positive outcomes for injured workers.
- Possess a passion for customer service.
- Thrive in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Have experience managing claims in the workers' compensation industry or other personal injury environments.
- Knowledge of the Victorian workers' compensation scheme, legislation, and policies.
- Be organised with excellent time management skills.
- Be committed to supporting injured workers with their recovery and return to work.
