The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, such as medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate settings. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and able to think critically when engaging with stakeholders.

A key aspect of this role is managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims, including implementing strategies to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes. You will also provide advice to stakeholders, assist with the claim process, and collaborate with the broader EML team and WorkSafe to foster positive outcomes for injured workers.

In exchange for your dedication and expertise, EML offers a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes flexibility to work from home once trained, comprehensive learning and development support, and access to exclusive employee benefits.
