The OpportunityAs a member of our diverse team based in Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of claims, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting injured workers to recover and return to work.
Your Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.
- Ensure active and timely strategies are implemented to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.
- Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers.
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and engage appropriate support services, such as Mobile Case Management or Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with the broader EML Team and WorkSafe to support positive outcomes for injured workers.
- Possess a passion for customer service.
- Thrive in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Have experience managing claims in the workers' compensation industry or other personal injury environments.
- Knowledge of the Victorian workers' compensation scheme, legislation, and policies.
- Be organised with excellent time management skills.
- Commit to supporting injured workers with their recovery and return to work.
