As a Front Office Supervisor at our Club Wyndham Port Douglas resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Reception desk, greeting and registering guests, and providing information on local area attractions.

You will also be responsible for building and leading a team of front office staff, promoting high levels of customer service, and managing any guest issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience with hotel property management systems, such as Opera, is highly regarded.
