This Housekeeping Operations Manager position plays a vital role in ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness across all resorts. If you're passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences, this might be the perfect fit for you

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean hotel rooms, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, while maintaining housekeeping detail standards.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely room refreshes.
  • Manage inventory and report discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Conduct quality checks and collaborate with Front Office to release rooms for occupancy.
  • Develop and implement weekly rosters in consultation with the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols to protect resort guests and their property.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
What You'll Bring
  • Prior experience in a similar hotel position.
  • A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices, including safe chemical handling.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
