Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader

Maximize your impact as a seasoned sales executive driving business growth for key enterprise clients across Melbourne and Sydney.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you will engage with multiple stakeholders across the client organization to develop innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. Leverage your industry and product expertise to share insights on how clients can maximize their license to drive revenue growth.

  • Penetrate new organizations/accounts and expand existing customer base in assigned portfolio.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on how to compete in their market, teaching them valuable insights on how to improve their business processes.
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and pipelining using a variety of methods.
Requirements

A highly motivated enterprise software sales professional with 8+ years of direct sales experience, driven to add value to clients and their business process automation strategies. You must be able to push the customer's thinking to quickly gain credibility, build strong relationships and contribute to the success of our clients.

  • Proven track record of quota achievement in enterprise software sales.
  • Knowledge of industries such as Telco, Utilities Retailers and Insurance is beneficial.
  • Solid foundation in account management, radiation and pipelining.
  • Technical knowledge of BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM and Case Management enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working with large partner organizations.
  • Prior participation in formal sales training.
  • Ability to challenge and improve a customer's way of doing business.
  • Ideally technically current in business automation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
