Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic change management and lead impactful change aligned with our corporate strategy. This role will provide strategic input into the development and implementation of Change Management campaigns and practices across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in delivering enterprise change and strategic transformation programs, navigating complex change journeys, and engaging senior leaders and dispersed teams. They will also have a commitment to our purpose, aspiration, values, and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing, implementing, and evolving the Bank's Strategic Change Management Strategy over a rolling 3-year time horizon
  2. Monitor enterprise-wide change demands on people and customers
  3. Advise senior leaders and the Executive in their roles as Change Management Sponsors
  4. Guide Change Impact Assessments with key stakeholders to inform strategies and change planning
  5. Develop Business Readiness Assessments to assist strategic change adoption decision making
  6. Design metrics for measuring change success

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also need to be adaptable and able to navigate complex organizational contexts.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise change and strategic transformation programs
  • Experience in navigating complex change journeys and delivering outcomes in challenging organizational contexts
  • Proven ability to engage, advise, and influence senior leaders, executives, and dispersed teams
