We are seeking Support Workers in Geelong to work in a new SIL home. Shifts will be available across a 24/7 roster. The successful applicants will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach, building a social rapport with our clients and ensuring their needs are met emotionally and physically.
We seek likeminded support workers who uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.
Requirements- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans & restrictive practice
- Relevant qualification in Disability or related field
- Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Medication Training Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Driver's License & own vehicle
