About the role:

We are seeking experienced support workers to assist our clients in Drysdale and Ocean Grove. Shifts are 3-5 hours, mostly day shifts, involving community access outings and assistance with transport, meal preparation, and light house cleaning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to clients with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with community access outings and transport
  • Preparing meals and maintaining a clean living environment

Requirements:

  • Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience in providing support to clients in a disability, community, hospital or aged care setting
  • Current Australian driving licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
