Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team in Geelong. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our participants, with a focus on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care services to participants with a focus on skill and capacity building
  • Implement behavioral strategy supports to promote independence and confidence
  • Build rapport with participants and their families to ensure a person-centered approach
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker who is committed to delivering exceptional care services. If you have a strong understanding of mental health disorders and behaviors of concern, and are able to maintain professional boundaries, we would love to hear from you.
