About the Role:
The Support Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes. This will include providing personal care, domestic assistance, and social support. The ideal candidate will be able to establish meaningful relationships with clients and their families, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their own homes
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Support clients to maintain their independence and participate in social activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
