Cultura is a leading provider of aged and disability support services, dedicated to empowering individuals to live their best lives. As a Support Worker (Aged and Disability), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, with a strong focus on providing personal care and medication prompting administration. You will also be required to support clients with complex and/or challenging needs, and provide social support and transport services as needed.

As a member of the Cultura team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that values inclusion, integrity, sustainability, and kindness. You will have the opportunity to work across the Geelong region, providing care and support to clients in their own homes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish meaningful relationships with clients and their families. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality care and support.
