Job Summary

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team in Geelong. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide quality services and safeguards to our Participants, with a focus on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality services and safeguards to Participants.
  • Implement behavioural strategy supports and build rapport with Participants.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve Participant goals.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
