Facilities Management Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for one of our client sites in Dandenong, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will oversee facility maintenance management and safety programs for an assigned region, ensuring compliance with account KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong working relationships with personnel, external service providers, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently;
- Assist in preparing and updating Annual Opex and Capex programmes and budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members;
- Coordinate general maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion within agreed SLAs, and manage contractor site inductions;
- Collate monthly and quarterly reports, address client service requests, and provide assistance to colleagues during busy periods;
