We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at City Facilities Management.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term opportunity until 31 July 2025. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing category strategies for commercial service-related contracts.
You will analyze the company's spend by category, supplier, and business unit, identifying opportunities to deliver best practice focused on cost, quality, and service level agreements.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of contracts management, with an emphasis on equipment maintenance, and possess strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and risk evaluation skills.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Procurement/Supply Chain, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contracts management.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a commercial service-related contracts strategy, managing the contract lifecycle, negotiating with suppliers, and liaising with stakeholders.
