- Claims Administration: Oversee multinational claims administrative processes, including payments coordination, GPS maintenance, and communication with brokers and clients.
- Claims Management: Manage end-to-end claims process for single and multi-party claims within delegated authority levels and engage with global 'large loss' claim referral teams.
- Recoverable Income: Maximize recoverable income through efficient administration, early reinsurer engagement, and managing external service providers to meet service standards.
- Demonstrated experience in handling claims within the Specialty & Major Accounts market and working in a global matrix environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence and drive outcomes, along with proficiency in systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
- Technical knowledge of relevant lines of business, current insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations, with strong negotiation and investigation skills.
- High attention to detail, commitment to high standards of file maintenance, ability to address conflicts, a growth mindset, and impeccable ethics and professionalism.
