Technical Claims Specialist

Our client, a leader in the Victorian worker's comp arena, is seeking a Technical Claims Specialist to join their team. Due to internal promotions and new business wins, they are looking for a professional with a strong background in worker's comp to fill this key role.
Your New Role
- Coach and mentor a team of case managers
- Work with panel legal providers
- Review and endorse decisions for the team
- Collaborate with the dispute resolutions team
- Apply legislation relating to claims
What You'll Demonstrate
Apart from a considerable amount of experience within the worker's comp industry, you'll be driven to become part of a dynamic team. You'll demonstrate your coaching and mentoring skills, strong technical skills, and ability to apply legislation to decisions.
A Little More About the Role
- Experience in front-end claims management is ideal
- Strong coaching skills within WC claims
- Excellent technical skills and ability to apply legislation to decisions
