Job Title: Global Property Claims Expert
Description: As a Global Property Claims Expert at AXA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, managing, and resolving complex claims. You will be responsible for managing our property claims portfolio, overseeing best practices, providing insights into emerging risks and trends, and driving lessons learned. You will act as a key liaison for underwriters for property in Australia and contribute to overall claims leadership strategies. This is a regulated role under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regime.
Your Responsibilities:
- Claims Expertise: You will have in-depth property claims experience, with a proven track record in portfolio management and complex claims handling. You will be knowledgeable about specialized product-specific experience, litigation management, field case management, and pertinent regulatory issues.
- Leadership and Management: As a leader, you will inspire and motivate a team of experts across various locations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive working relationships with insured, brokers, claim handlers, underwriters, and legal counsel.
- Effective Communication: You will be an effective communicator with proven verbal and written communication, collaboration, presentation, and influencing skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across cultures.
- Results-Oriented: You will be proactive, prioritizing tasks, analytical, and have sound judgment skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Continuous Improvement: You will be willing to ask questions, explore new ideas, and eager to learn and focus on continuously improving technical skills and claims capabilities.
