Job Description

As a French Culinary Specialist at Sofitel, you will work under the guidance of the Sous Chef to prepare and present exquisite French-inspired dishes. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation in the hotel's dining experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in high-end dining operations;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in leading, training, and developing teams;
  • A genuine passion for food and creating memorable guest experiences.
