About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Workforce Scheduler to join our team at Service Stream. In this role, you will be responsible for managing work orders and ensuring that they are completed within service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, analyze, and dispatch work orders to sub-contractors and internal workforce using Service Stream's scheduling principles.
  • Provide accurate information, advice, and solutions to sub-contractors and internal workforce in line with WMC processes and guidelines.
  • Liaise with sub-contractor groups, WMC line management, and NBN.Co teams on difficult or complex work orders.
  • Ensure work orders are accurately maintained, updated, and completed in Service Stream systems.
  • Reconcile dispatch work to client files or internal files as required.
  • Guide and educate sub-contractor workforce on UNM order completion requirements to ensure KPI achievement.
  • Receive and respond to verbal and non-verbal communications within agreed service levels.
  • Ensure professional and courteous service during all interactions with EU teams, NBN.Co teams, sub-contractor groups, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of or experience working within a scheduling or work order management environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Highly attentive to detail and maintains good time management skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
