As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with prominent clients, and assist in developing our junior lawyers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on construction and project disputes;
- Managing litigation, arbitration, and adjudications from start to finish;
- Working on claims and disputes arising out of commercial, residential, and retail tower developments, industrial and large-scale residential developments;
- Major infrastructure projects including construction of rail infrastructure, airport developments, schools, road, and other civil construction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 5+ years post-admission experience;
- Excellent written skills;
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment;
- Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities;
- Strong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort.
We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
