We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Associate to join our Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group in Sydney.

Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled senior lawyer who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our practice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with prominent clients, and assist in developing our junior lawyers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on construction and project disputes;
  • Managing litigation, arbitration, and adjudications from start to finish;
  • Working on claims and disputes arising out of commercial, residential, and retail tower developments, industrial and large-scale residential developments;
  • Major infrastructure projects including construction of rail infrastructure, airport developments, schools, road, and other civil construction.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years post-admission experience;
  • Excellent written skills;
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment;
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities;
  • Strong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort.
