About This Role: We're looking for a Cloud Native Security Specialist to join our team at Culture Amp. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the security of our platform, which uses cutting-edge technologies like AWS and Microservices Architecture.

As a Cloud Native Security Specialist, you will play a major role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the security of our platform. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our security posture meets the highest standards.

The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure architectures for cloud native applications
  • Develop and enforce cloud security policies and procedures
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC
Requirements
  • Strong experience with cloud native technologies, including containers, serverless computing, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud security platforms, including AWS IAM, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
