Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Law Specialist to join our Energy and Infrastructure Group.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner who is an accomplished construction and infrastructure lawyer, providing strategic advice to market participants on the structuring, negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts for various projects, including renewable energy projects, oil and gas facilities, process plants, residential and commercial developments, rail, roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, hospitals, schools, and sporting facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a Partner to provide strategic advice to clients on complex construction-related matters.
  • Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts for energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to the development of creative solutions to address clients' needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-4 years' post-admission experience in construction law.
  • Strong understanding of construction law principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
